Class Guidelines

* Please be on time for classes, as the warmup is an important part of your workout!
* Always bring a water bottle and towel with you to class.
* Remember to pace yourself during class and HAVE FUN!
* If you are pregnant or are recovering from any injury, please inform the instructor, monitor your heart rate and look for less intense modifications by the instructors.
* We welcome your questions, comments and suggestions!

Class Descriptions

INDOOR CYCLING

*Cycle Blast - Tu/Thur 6:10 a.m.Wed. 12:10 p.m. 5:30 p.m.
For all you biking enthusiasts! A cycling extravaganza. Ride over a variety of terrains. Challenge yourself!

*
Cycle Fit - Mon. 12:10 p.m.
The ride you have been looking for.  Test your cycling skills - build your strength indoors to improve your outdoor ride.  A must for cyclists.

*
Cycle and Strength - Mon. 5:30 p.m.
This class fills all your needs. Challenge your cardiovascular system with an awesome visual ride through various areas - then end with a strength component. Designed to give you all you want and more!

*
Rev Spin - Friday 12:10 p.m.
If you want to be pushed to the limit and end your week with a bang then this class is for you. 
Ride the hills, test yourself on the flats - then off your bike with some strength training intervals. Start your weekend off right!


CORE CONDITIONING

*Core & More - Mon. 12:10 p.m. Wed. 6:10 a.m.
Core muscles -your power house. This class is designed to help you strengthen, lengthen and sculpt.

*
Core 4 U - Tu/Thurs. 1:00 p.m.

An intense 20 minutes designed to awaken, strengthen and challenge your abdominal muscles and low back.

STRETCH

*Restorative Yoga - Tues. 5:30 p.m.
Donate one hour to you - strengthen your muscles, bones and ligaments through long stretching holds. Work deep into the muscle fibres and connective tissues. Use your breath to build a strong body and mind.

*Flow Stretch - Wed. 12:10 p.m. *Yoga - Thurs. 5:30
Need a chance to rejuvenate and recharge? Learn to relax, release tension, calm the mind and much more. Relax your body and your spirit!

*Karma Yoga - Fri. 12:10 (Donation required)
Here is your chance to take care of you - while you help others.  A dontation of a townie allows us to send all the proceeds to the YWCA shelter for women to be used in any area of greatest need. Come out and enjoy this mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga and support a great cause.

*Power Yoga - Fri. 6:10 a.m.

This is the morning you have been waiting for, a chance to start your day feeling strong, empowered, and totally at ease. You are ready for what the day has in store!

CARDIO

 

Hi/Lo - Mon. 12:10 p.m.
Traditional floor aerobics designed to get you moving and keep you grooving. Come join the fun.
All fitness levels welcome!

Cardio Mix - Thurs. 12:10 p.m.

Get your heart pumping - intervals at it's best! Expect to be challenged on the step and on the floor.  Top it off with a muscle component, all you could ask for!

DEFINITION AND STRENGTH

Body Conditioning - Tu/Thurs 12:10 p.m.
Join this conditioning class extrordinaire. A full body workout using a variety of equipment. Set your goals - be all you can be!

Reps Intermediate - Mon/Fri 12:10 p.m.
Develop muscle definition through repetative training. Class format changes every 6 weeks. Why?
Practice makes perfect! This training will help you gain a better understanding of how to train, proper technique and form for better results.

Boot Camp - Wed. 12:10 p.m.
Want to push yourself? Take your training to the next level? This class is for you. Step outside your comfort zone!


STEP

Step N’ Fun – Sat. 10:00 a.m.
Join us Saturday mornings.
A step class starting with amazing moves and ending with a variety of strength and core!

Step N’ Strength – Mon. 6:10 a.m.
Tremendous patterns designed to get your heart rate up! Finish with strength training.
What a great way to start your week!

Athletic Step – Tues. 12:10 p.m.
Easy to follow patterns with lots of power moves for a great cardo kick. Fun for your heart and soul.
