All of our Personal Trainers at YWCA Fitness on 5th are highly qualified and experienced in developing a fitness program that is just right for you. Our trainers have either a degree in Kinesiology or a Diploma in Personal Fitness Training, and at least one provincially or nationally-recognized certification, plus CPR and Standard First Aid.
