An asterisk (*) indicates that a tag must be given to the instructor before class begins. Tags are available at the Front Desk or phone 232-1575. You can only reserve a spot for the tagged classes on the DAY OF the class, on a first come, first served basis. If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know so we can give your seat to someone else. For cycle classes, please arrive 5 minutes early in order to get properly set up on your bike and guarantee your spot in class. For your comfort, it is also recommended that you wear cycling shorts or bring a gel seat cover. A dollar sign ($) indicates that a donation is required. All proceeds are donated to the Mary Dover House.
