TRIPLE WATER AQUAFIT: Like shallow and deep water? Enjoy the variety of training in both in the same class! Challenge your muscles and enjoy the great cardiovascular training from traveling from one end of the pool to the other!

SHALLOW WATER AQUAFIT: A great non-impact workout in the shallow water loaded with a variety of cardio training and resistance training.

DEEP WATER AQUAFIT:
Workout in the deep water and enjoy the resistance of the water! This class will challenge your muscles and serve as excellent cardio training!

TETHERED WATER AQUAFIT:
This is an intense cardio workout in the deep water while being tethered on the spot. This class is packed with cardio intervals as well as the resistance of the water and tether together!
LATIN AQUAFIT:
A deep water workout to a salsa rhythm. Get a good cardio workout, increase your muscle strength and enjoy some good Latin music.
