The YWCA of Calgary Fitness on 5th offers several membership options. Both the Club and Facility memberships provide full access to our facility and services. Annual (non-flex) memberships include off-hour parking, discounts on special registered programs and five complimentary guest passes.

New Member Building Fee
All new ANNUAL YWCA of Calgary Fitness on 5th adult and senior members pay a one-time $50 fee to help maintain facilities and equipment. There is one fee for each adult in a household to a maximum of two. Students are exempt. This fee is non-refundable. Memberships that have lapsed for more than three months will be considered new and are subject to the fee.

Fitness on 5th is an adult facility that requires patrons to be a minimum of 16-years-old.
Club Membership
In this change room you will find almost everything you need before and after your workout. The whirlpool and steam room provide relaxation. Complimentary towel service, filtered water, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, hair styling accessories and hair products are available. A private telephone, ironing board, tote basket and lock are also included with an Annual Non-Flex Membership. Club memberships are only sold on an annual basis.
Facility Membership
The Facility membership offers access to a basic change room with full-size lockers for day use and large shower area. Tote baskets are available for a small rental fee. Facility memberships are sold on a month to month and annual basis.Additional-Family Members
The immediate family members of new and existing Facility or Club members are eligible for Family Membership. The Family Membership must be of the same type as the original membership (Club or Facility) with one being full price and one membership being a discounted price. Family memberships are only sold on an annual basis
Corporate Membership
We have a corporate rate for companies who have 10 or more employees working out at our gym. The two types of memberships we offer are called Club and Facility. Corporate memberships are only sold on an annual basis.
Flex Membership (Limited Time Offer)
An extra flexible, extra affordable way to join our facility! Enjoy the same benefits of a regular membership during non-prime time hours.
Entry & Exit Times: (no exceptions)
Monday - Friday:
7:30 to 11:30 a.m.
2:00 to 4:30 p.m.
6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Weekends & Holidays:
12 p.m. until close
**Please note: tote and lock are not available in the Club. Drop-in classes are not scheduled during flex hours.
